Meherpur, June 28, 2024 – A week-long free eye camp was organized at Kobi Nazrul Shikha Monzil in Mollikpara, Meherpur. Organized by “Al-Basar International Foundation,” the eye camp provided free eye care to about 6,000 patients and cataract surgery to 500 patients. A medical team of 100, including 15 doctors, is providing patients with free eye examinations, consultations, medication, and eyeglasses.
Since 1992, Al-Basar International Foundation has been providing eye care to the poor and destitute of all walks of life in Bangladesh. More than 5 million people have benefited from the organization’s various projects.
